LOWER BODY

We’ve looked at upper body and now we’re onto lower body (and deadlifts fit somewhere in between).

The most important muscles here that we’re looking at are the glutes, or bum muscles. You have 3 each side and they are your biggest muscle group, and arguably the most important.

Squats confused a lot of our Warriors before they started working with us, so don’t worry if you’re thinking ‘I have no idea to squat’, ‘I don’t know if my squat is any good’. Check out this video to get started:
