There are lots of terms and myths in the fitness world, so we want to explain them (we’ve done split routine already!) so you know what on earth we’re talking about! Our goal is to educate you to understand what we’re thinking about and how we’re planning things.

Almost all of you will have the same goals i.e. all of the above – which is totally cool – and we’d like to note an aside about weight loss. We come from this from the perspective of you are absolutely and totally beautiful as you are, and if you want to lose weight to feel healthier and happier about yourself, then we absolutely support that for you. If you don’t want to lose any weight and you’re here for the Warrior mindset or getting stronger, then you don’t need to read this bit.

When it comes to losing weight, what you eat has more impact than exercise on the whole. You may have heard the saying ‘you can’t out-train a bad diet’ and this is sadly true. You might be going to the gym every day but then getting the food bit not quite right, and then not seeing the results that you want.

As part of this programme, you’ve got access to our nutrition coaching programme too, so we won’t cover too much on nutrition here, but for the purpose of weight loss, alongside your other gym goals, tune into the next audio on food tracking.
