So many of our Warriors used to feel that cardio was boring – it had to be 20 minutes on a machine. But it really doesn’t! We’d like to introduce you to a new way and instead of spending a whole separate session on cardio on machines, we’d like you to build it into your weights-based workout. Yes, you can do more of it on one day if you feel like it or have more time, but it’s great to tag it on the end too.

Met con

Remember it’s got to be finishing your workout with a met con – not starting. If you start with it, you’ll tire your muscles out and maybe affect your form when you work with weights later.
